The AeroForge-TD420 Compact Aerospace Turbine Disc is a high-integrity, FAA-PMA approved rotating component engineered for next-generation turbofan and turboshaft engines. With a precise diameter of Ø420mm and thickness of 85mm, this compact turbine disc delivers exceptional power-to-weight ratio and thermal stability under extreme operational conditions. Manufactured from premium Udimet 720Li — a gamma-prime strengthened nickel-based superalloy — it combines superior creep resistance, fatigue strength, and oxidation resistance up to 720°C. Each disc undergoes full Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) followed by a certified dual-age heat treatment, ensuring homogenous microstructure, zero internal porosity, and optimal grain boundary control. As a fully traceable FAA-PMA turbine disc, the AeroForge-TD420 meets stringent AS9100 Rev D, AMS 2750E, and NADCAP-accredited process requirements — making it a trusted drop-in replacement or OEM-qualified upgrade.
